Healthy Living Workshops

Communities First (Llwynhendy) approached Debbie Worth at Options to devise a series of workshops on Healthy Living. Options came up with a ten-week program covering nutrition, stress management, physical exercise, style and image, holistic therapies and self defence.

To end the course, the group will have to undertake a cooking task pulling together all the soft skills element of the program including team work, time management, organisation and planning and budgeting.

The group at LlwynhendyFit4Life have also been equipped with pedometers and aim to take 10,000 steps a day!
